John Taylor
John Taylor of the Violet Community, died Monday, March 3, 2008. He was a son of the late Edgar and Cynthia Murphy Taylor. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Buster Taylor and Lon Taylor; son, James Calvin Taylor; one daughter, Jewel Hensley and step-daughter, Janice McJunkins.
He is survived by his wife; one son; two step-sons; two daughters; two step-daughters; one sister; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were Thursday, March 6, 2008 at the Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Murphy, North Carolina. Burial was in the Violet Baptist Church Cemetery.
Townson-Rose Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
